 A native Floridian, Cecil Herring has had a long career as a painter, sculptor, jeweler, photographer and for the past 10 years as a digital artist. She prints large limited edition prints on a 36" Encad Novajet Printer in her studio. She has had 25 one-woman shows, in New York City, Miami and other Florida cities. Her work have been included in dozens of invitational and juried shows across the U.S. Stories about Cecil's art works appeared in cover stories in the Miami Herald Tropic Magazine, Orlando Sentinel's Florida Magazine, Florida/Today's T.G.I.F Magazine and television shows in New York and Orlando. Her creations are included in many public, corporate and private collections including the Gerald R. Ford Museum, Titusville City Hall, University of Florida Medical Library, Americatel Corporation, St. Charles Cathedral and a recent 6 foot digital mural commissioned by Heart of Central Florida United Way, Orlando.
